Flinging Infants Around - Lena Fokina’s Swinging ‘Baby Yoga’

Lena Fokina is an Egypt-based Russian yoga teacher who specializes in something called baby yoga. In the video (which is very real) you will see Fokina swinging newborns around discus like. Watch the video and hold on to your jaw.

    Yeah, the video may be real, but not the baby. The last swing over the head would have dislocated the kids shoulder. Children get their shoulders dislocated very easily, usually from abuse.
